Your notes stay personal.

This notice explains how Hope Studies handles account, study, and sermon-note information.

Google sign-in

If you choose Continue with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, email-verification status, and basic profile claims needed to create or authenticate your personal account. Joining a ministry study remains a separate step that requires the code supplied by its leader.

We do not request Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive, or other Google service access. We do not store Google access tokens or your Google password. You may continue using the app's email-and-password login instead.

Study responses

Your answers and commitment text are stored for your account so you can revisit them. Ministry administrators can see enrollment and completion information, but the app does not provide them with access to your response text.

Sermon notes and private prayer notes

Your fill-in answers, reflections, and private prayer notes are stored only so you can save and revisit them in your account. Hope Studies does not provide sermon-note text, prayer-note text, participation, or completion information to administrators.

You may download a personal PDF of a sermon or study lesson, with or without your saved notes. That file is for your private use and is not sent to church staff.

A private prayer note is not submitted to Hope Church staff or added to the church prayer-request system. Contact the church directly if you want someone to receive and pray over a request.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact Hope Church if you need account assistance or want your account information removed.
